A little off subject, but what are your thoughts on coins/change/coins as a post SHTF currency? Gold is widely valued by a historical quirk. Could the traditional value of currency extend to something durable, like coins post collapse?
Great info, as usual. I’d never giving prepping much thought. I didn’t dismiss it or mock it; I just never thought about it. I’m at Stage two of the thought process. For now.
I think you generalize too much.
All you need in life is food, water, shelter and a good attitude.
Wife hates guns and this stuff. But she allows me to do it.just in case.
Most preppers forget to live their lives though and I’d say that’s their biggest mistake. Live in fear and you’re already dead.
Also government is never your friend. If they’re your last hope you’re screwed.
I think prepping will only postpone certain death.
