Exotac is great, I have their Matchcap for carrying wooden matches.
Bryan, the secret to friction fires is the dust. Make sure that you pile up a lot of dust in that notch. As soon as it reaches the top of the notch, start kicking on that drill and it will light right up for you. That dust is partially burned full of carbon. Turn that drill until the dust builds up to the top of the notch and then go at it hard and fast. That dust will start to smolder and you’ll have your ember. Dang I wish I was back down south. I would drive down and show you how its done, brother.
