  1. H335 is a great powder out of an AR 15. I’m not going to list my receipe here but suffice to say, if you want to replicate the M193 load, H335 is a good powder to use. Or as Chad said, the M855 load can be reproduced with H335. With Speer information I do consider it TOP loads when the call MAXIMUM loads. They’ve got a .308 load using H335 that is too high. They list 47 grains max with 150 grain bullet when I was sticking the bolt with 45 grains and 150 grain bullet. New brass that I trimmed and chamfered, etc. I decided not to use H335 in the 308.

  2. Thanks for this video…  this was PACKED with useful info and I’ll bookmark this to come back to again and again.  Personally, I’ve been using Clays for everything, but my reloading is limited in calibers.  Thanks for the info!!!

  3. Just an excellent report you guys are doing here. There are SO many variables that come into play with rifle reloading that any 1 powder cannot be touted as the best…just like both of you are saying and implying. Just love this discussion because you’re dealing with topics that most of us reloaders encounter all the time. Really appreciate both of you sharing your extensive expertise on this subject.
