  1. This seems like something I really want to try out! I too am trying to lose weight and get healthy and I love hiking and the outdoors. I’m gonna have to read more up on this it looks like a lot of fun. Thanks for the great content and as a fellow New Hampshirite if they start doing rucks in the area maybe I’ll see you at a gathering sometime!

  2. Thanks for the great example, I will be joining you on this journey. I’m not at the weight I want to be and I’m not going to let my kids down. I just want to be able to see my son as he grows. We are starting to get into the primitive camping and hiking trails for fun. He is wanting to learn as I do. I’m sure that he wants me around for a good long time. Thanks again for letting everyone share in your journey. God bless Brother!

  3. Good for you, it sounds like your doing very well and you goal of getting under the 220s is excellent, just make sure your body is comfortable at the weight you to get to, if ur not comfortable it becomes a major sacrifice that may not last.

  4. Keep up the good work. I got off the wagon for a vacation but I’m on day 3 back and am currently on the rolling stepper at the gym watching this.
