  1. if you’re carrying that for a self-defense knife , it will serve pretty well , and if you have to use of , it seems to have a swedge or false edge , that along with the tanto tip would Make it excellent for thrusting , but the blade size might be a little lacking for slashing

  2. Smith and Wesson knives dominate the part of the !military I am in , read, non combat. The steel is super hard. To the point it’s difficult to sharpen. Probably for a ” bushcrafter” you may want to seek a different steel.

  4. I love the cold steel spike with the tanto point. Very comfortable handle for its size and has a 4 1/2 inch blade (I think it’s is 4 1/2). Have been carrying it for over a year now every day and never had a problem with it.
